By accessing or using Clear Finance AI (“the Platform,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the Platform. These terms apply to all visitors, registered users, and Pro subscribers.

Clear Finance AI is an informational research platform that aggregates, scores, and presents publicly available Florida tax lien certificate data. The Platform uses artificial intelligence to generate deal scores and redemption probability estimates based on scraped public records.

The Platform is a research tool, not a financial advisory service. Nothing on this Platform constitutes investment advice, financial advice, legal advice, or any other professional advice. All content is provided for informational purposes only.

• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• You may not create accounts using false information or on behalf of others without authorization.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Lien data displayed on this Platform is sourced from publicly available Florida county records via automated scraping. While we make reasonable efforts to maintain accuracy:

• Data may be delayed, incomplete, or contain errors from the original source.
• AI-generated deal scores and redemption probability estimates are algorithmic approximations, not guarantees.
• Auction dates, lien amounts, and property information may change without notice.
• We do not verify the legal status of any individual tax lien certificate.

Always verify information directly with the relevant county tax collector before making any investment decision.

Tax lien investing carries substantial risk. Clear Finance AI makes no representation or warranty regarding:

• The likelihood that any lien will be redeemed by the property owner.
• The return on investment from any specific lien certificate.
• The condition, title, or market value of any underlying property.
• The outcome of any tax deed proceeding.

You assume all investment risk. Past performance of deals identified by the Platform is not indicative of future results.

You may not use the Platform to:

• Scrape, bulk-download, or resell our data without written permission.
• Reverse-engineer our AI scoring models or algorithms.
• Circumvent subscription access controls or share account credentials.
• Engage in any activity that violates applicable laws or regulations.

The Platform’s design, software, AI models, and editorial content are the intellectual property of Clear Finance AI, LLC. Underlying public records data is sourced from government sources and is not proprietary to us.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Clear Finance AI, LLC and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform or any investment decision made in reliance on data provided herein. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Clear Finance AI, LLC from any claims, losses, or damages (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Platform, your violation of these Terms, or your investment activities.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted to this page with an updated “last updated” date. Continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Florida.
